Terms of Service · End User License Agreement (EULA)

App: Trucker Core ("the App")

Provider: Ruslan Pukhov, operating as "Trucker Core" ("we", "us", "our")

By downloading, installing, or using Trucker Core, you ("you", "User") agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms, solely for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the App.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials (Apple ID, Google account, or email/password) secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the App only for lawful purposes.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and payments

Trucker Core may offer a free trial and paid subscription tiers.
All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not process or store payment information.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their policies.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Your data and content

You retain ownership of all data you enter (loads, fuel, mileage, expenses, documents, etc.).
As described in our Privacy Policy, this data is stored locally on your device and synchronized, if enabled by you, through your personal Apple iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit services. You are solely responsible for backing up and safeguarding your own data. We are not responsible for any loss of data stored on your device or in your iCloud.
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any content you upload (e.g., receipts, rate confirmations, permits).

5. IMPORTANT: Estimates, not professional advice

This is the most important section. Please read carefully.

Trucker Core is a record-keeping and estimation tool only. It is not a tax preparation service, accounting service, legal service, or a substitute for a licensed professional.
All calculations produced by the App — including but not limited to IFTA tax estimates, mileage, fuel tax balances, jurisdiction breakdowns, rate-per-mile figures, profit calculations, and AI-generated suggestions — are PRELIMINARY ESTIMATES / PROJECTIONS, not official figures. They may contain errors or inaccuracies.
IFTA figures are calculated on your device using the standard IFTA formula and tax-rate tables based on the official published IFTA rates (included in the App and updated through App updates). Rates can change and may be out of date; the App's output is a forecast to help you plan and is not an official tax determination or filing.
Mileage and routing figures may be derived from GPS data and/or estimated routes and may differ from your ELD, odometer, or actual driven miles.
GPS location data may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate, and the App should not be relied upon as the sole source of mileage information. Always verify your miles against your ELD and odometer.
AI-generated suggestions (document scanning, fuel/tax suggestions, advisor tips) are provided solely for informational purposes and should never be considered professional accounting, tax, legal, financial, or business advice. They may be incomplete or incorrect and must be independently verified.
Fuel prices, tax rates, maps, routing information, and other third-party data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
You are solely responsible for verifying all figures, for the accuracy and completeness of your tax filings (including IFTA), and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Always consult a qualified tax professional or accountant before filing.
We make no representation or warranty that the App's outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any tax, legal, or financial purpose.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUCKER CORE AND ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, TAX PENALTIES, FINES, INTEREST, OR AUDIT COSTS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS OUTPUTS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trucker Core (Ruslan Pukhov) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your data, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

9. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services (Apple, Google, Anthropic, Supabase). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

Third-party data surfaced in the App — including maps, routing, geocoding, fuel prices, and tax-rate sources — may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and is provided without warranty.

10. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Trucker Core only, not with Apple. You acknowledge that:

Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App.
Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App (including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims).
In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Trucker Core, not Apple, is responsible.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.

11. Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement

In addition to these Terms, use of Trucker Core through the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"), available at:

The Apple Standard EULA applies to all Licensed Applications distributed through the Apple App Store and supplements these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Apple Standard EULA solely with respect to App Store distribution requirements, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail only to the extent necessary to resolve that conflict.

In all other respects, these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and software in the App belong to Trucker Core (Ruslan Pukhov) unless otherwise stated, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license described in Section 1.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure, delay, or interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or network outages, Apple services or App Store availability, Apple iCloud / CloudKit availability, third-party providers, or other force-majeure events.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5–8) will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The App is under active development: features, subscription benefits, the user interface, and calculations may change as the App evolves.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
